While our Moorings 48 catamaran rested calmly on a mooring in Baie Hurepiti, our crew of 8 women had another wonderfully busy day on Taha'a, with an all-day tour of the island that included visits to a vanilla farm and a rhum agricole distillery.
A year or so ago when Betsy and Barry set a date for their wedding, I knew I needed to be there. So I planned around the date to make sure I was in the area. Last weekend, the deal was done! Now I face a double edged sword, as I plan to leave family and friends here to go back to family and friends in South Africa.
Back to my roots in South Africa. I finally made the decision when an unusually low fare popped up and I took it!
Maybe I should title this Susan Exposed as I put these thoughts out to the Universe.
